These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by Find-R, trading under the name FamilyPost, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (hereinafter "FamilyPost", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the FamilyPost service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Service description

FamilyPost provides:

  • A digital family sharing platform
  • Printed family journals delivered to a recipient
  • Subscription-based printing service

Accounts

Users must create an account to use the service. A "family account" is created by an organizer. Other users may join the family and upload content.

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure.

User content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

By uploading content, users grant FamilyPost a license to:

  • Store content
  • Display content within the family app
  • Print journals with that content
  • Use content to generate future products

Users must ensure they have permission to upload photos of others.

Minors

Minors may use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for minors' use.

Payments

Payments are processed via Mollie.

Subscriptions may be charged via:

  • SEPA direct debit
  • manual top-ups (iDEAL, Apple Pay, Credit Card)

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Printed journals are shipped via PostNL within the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & refunds

Because products are custom-made, returns are not accepted.

If any of the following occurs:

  • Delivery fails
  • Print quality is defective
  • Wrong product is delivered

We will send a replacement journal at no extra cost.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload:

  • Illegal content
  • Offensive or harmful material
  • Content violating third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content.

Liability

We are not liable for:

  • User-uploaded content
  • Minor delays in delivery
  • Indirect damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
